Tasting Notes:
Clear, deep lilac colour. Intense and fruity with nuances of wild berries, vanilla, and chocolate. Dense, with muscular yet round tannins and a refreshing acidity that pairs perfectly with the vanilla and chocolate from the barrel.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with poultry, meats, sausages, cheeses and some fish.
