Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour, full bodied and slightly astringent. In addition to its own needle, it has a vinous taste and has excellent acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Great to accompany meat dishes, mainly grilled and roasted and dishes of traditional Portuguese cuisine.
