Made from the Sousão grape variety, this exceptional wine spent 6 months maturing on its lees, followed by a long ageing period in the bottle.

Tasting Notes:
Intense deep red colour. On the nose, a complexity of ripe wild berries such as blackberry and redcurrant. On the palate, it starts with refreshing acidity, followed by an explosion of dark fruit flavours and soft tannins, in a long and memorable finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 12º and 14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with roast red meats, game dishes and strong cheeses.
