Fermentation takes place under controlled temperature and is stopped by the addition of wine brandy. The entire winemaking process, which is monitored by the oenology team, takes into account the grape varieties, their degree of maturation and the desired sweetness.

Tasting Notes:
Deep amber colour with olive green undertones. Very exuberant on the nose and extremely complex, it feels like an explosion of aromas, making it a mysterious wine. The aromas of roasted dried fruits, coffee and molasses stand out, with light notes of tobacco leaves and fine spices. It is impressive for the complexity that is felt right at the entrance, characteristic of its already long age. The perfect harmony between freshness and the most intense flavours such as notes of wood toast, coffee and caramel. It is a wine with a memorable finish.
