Product details
Winemaking:
The Harvest was manual and carried out only during the early hours of the morning. The grapes were transported exclusively in 20kg boxes and placed to ferment with total destemming. After fermentation, the wine evolved in second-use French oak barrels for 16 months. The treatment was minimalist, without filtration. It remained in the bottle for 6 months, before being sold.
Grape Varieties:
Vinhão
Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour, with brownish nuances, clean. Aroma of very ripe red fruits and plum, well married to the barrel, without exaggeration. Wine with a lot of persistence, long finish of dark chocolate. Firm acidity, typical of the variety.
