A unique collaboration between Quinta de Santiago and winemaker Nuno Mira do Ó. This project was born out of a true friendship and a shared passion for ‘Rock’, transcending vineyards and wines. With a minimalist approach, this irreverent and fresh red seeks to rescue forgotten grape varieties in a region that was once dominated by red vines. Fermentation with 40 per cent whole bunch and stems, in vats. Malolactic fermentation in used French oak barrels and ageing for 11 months in the same barrels. Bottle ageing since September.

Tasting Notes:
It shows excellent fruit expression, with blackberries, raspberries and wild berries, impressing with its enormous purity and elegance. The tannins are very fine, with perfect texture and acidity, earth and humus in a complex and beautiful blend.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
