Tasting Notes:
The wine is red in colour with some vegetal notes in the aroma, full-bodied and soft in the mouth, with balanced acidity and a slight astringency.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of between 12 and 14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with Minho cuisine, such as Rojões, roast kid in a wood-fired oven, lamprey rice or Bordeaux lamprey.

Contains sulphites.
