Tasting Notes:
Clear and ruby red in colour. The nose reveals notes of red fruit and a slight dry floral flavour. On the palate, influenced by the presence of the Padeiro grape variety, it is surprisingly soft and velvety, with a moderate Vinhão flavour. A safe, pleasant, consistent and long finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 12 and 14ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with cheeses and sausages, light dishes, pizza with cheeses, herbs and sausages, grilled meats and roasted vegetables.
