Tasting Notes:
Aroma with lots of fruit, beautiful and ripe, black fruit and light cherry. In the mouth peppermint note, spicy, good creaminess, very straightforward in pleasure but maintaining elegance and good aftertaste. Classic in a regional profile.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine is a fine accompaniment to grilled or roasted meat dishes, pâtés and aged cheeses.
