Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested manually in the first week of October, as usual, in order to maintain the acidity level, as well as the balance and freshness of the wines. The grapes were transported to the wine cellar in boxes of 25 kg. The grapes were stalked and fermented in temperature controlled stainless steel wineries. The wine aged 12 months in new and second year French oak barrels.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.

Food Pairing:
Excellent served with strong dark meat and game dishes.
