An Alentejo Regional Wine made with Trincadeira, Alfrocheiro, Aragonez and Alicante Bouschet grapes, fermented in vats at room temperature for 7 days. Aged on its lees for 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Purple-red colour with a dark centre. Aroma of ripe red fruit, plums and fennel. In the mouth it has a very good body and elegance, with soft tannins of great quality, lots of spicy fruit. The finish is persistent and pleasant, with perceptible notes of mocha.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature of 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Ideal with meat-based meals or by the glass.
