Product details
Manual harvest. Upon arrival at the winery, the grapes are destemmed and crushed, and then transferred to stainless steel tanks where fermentation begins spontaneously, which normally lasts around 2 to 3 weeks at 26ºC. During this period, in which the wine is in contact with the grapes, two pumping overs are carried out per day. After fermentation is complete, the grapes are pressed and part of the wine is aged in stainless steel tanks and the rest in used oak barrels for a year. After bottling, it is aged in the bottle for 6 months.
