Golden color with greenish hues, clear, bright and with some viscosity. Notes of white flowers, bergamot peel and other citrus fruits. In the mouth it reveals good smoothness, volume, persistence and a focus on minerality/salinity. It ends with a long finish and silky texture.

Product details

Winemaking:
The grapes were harvested by hand and transported in small boxes to the winery where they were stored in a cold chamber at 3°C for 24 hours. They were then selected and gently pressed. The must was decanted at a cold temperature (10°C) and then fermented in a cement tank at a controlled temperature. After fermentation, the wine was aged for 10 months in Italian amphora.

Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 12°C.
