Tasting Notes:
Citrine color with greenish reflexes. Fruit notes of good intensity such as passion fruit and citrus. Tagged minerality and freshness. In the mouth it features good acidity, good volume, ending long and elegant.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif, as well as accompany fish dishes and seafood.
