Winemaking:
Harvested at dawn, the grapes were processed by gravity, with subsequent maceration and fermentation in stainless steel tanks with controlled temperature.

Tasting Notes:
Bright yellow colour. Ripe fruit aroma of apricot and pear, with a slightly floral finish. In the mouth it shows good depth, volume and minerality, without losing freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at a temperature between 12-13°C.
Food Pairing:
Excellent with fish, such as grouper, cold salads with mayonnaise or even white meats such as roasted chicken.

Contains sulphites.
