Product details

Winemaking:
Alcoholic fermentation in stainless steel with temperature control at 27 °C, with destemmed grapes. Aged for 4 months in used French oak barrels.

Grape Varieties:
Touriga Nacional,Tinta Roriz,Alfrocheiro

Tasting Notes:
Very concentrated and deep aroma, with intense floral notes, woodland, pine forest and wild berries. Dense mouthfeel with good structure, tannins present and appealing with a discreet vanilla finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Ideal service temperature: 16-18º C.

Food Pairing:
This wine perfectly accompanies elaborated red meat dishes, roast beef and grilled meats.
