Tasting Notes:
This deeply coloured wine has an invitingly fresh and floral nose. A freshness which lends great persistence and levity to its bright but sensual, very pure fruit. Firm but ripe tannins make for a precise palate. This is a highly promising, beautifully understated red.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
This wine finely accompanies red meats, roast beef and grilled meats.
