Total destemming and alcoholic fermentation at 24ºC and partial skin maceration. Maturation for 48 months in stainless steel.

Tasting Notes:
Claret colour with brownish tones. Intense aroma in notes of forest, spices, noble fungi and mature tobacco. Intense and complex flavour, it is soft, elegant and harmonious.
Store and Serve Advices:
Should be served at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with fish and meat on the grill, roasted or stewed as long as lightly seasoned and well structured.

The wines from our rarity zone are stored and air-conditioned in the most correct way so that the wine ages correctly in the bottle, but over time, the wine evolves and changes its characteristics.
We recommend that you carefully remove the cork and let the wine air for some time in order to release its natural aromas. Avoid decanting as it can be a very aggressive operation for old wines.
