Winemaking:
Manual selection of the best grapes. Foot treading on traditional presses with temperature control. The wine is discharged into containers for stone vats where malolactic fermentation is done. After this process, aged in French oak barrels 225-300 litres. Ageing for 9 months in French oak barrels 225 300 litres.
