Product details

Winemaking:
After careful selection both in the vineyard and in the cellar, fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at controlled temperatures. Aged for 24 months in second year Allier oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby color, on the nose it is fine and intense, with notes of red fruits. In the mouth it is soft, with ripe fruit well integrated with tannins and good acidity. Long and persistent finish.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.

Food Pairing:
It goes well with various red meat dishes, cold cuts and cured or semi-cured cheeses.

Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
