Wine fermented with red grape varieties whose colour and texture are extracted from the skin and seeds during fermentation and post-fermentation maceration of red wine.

Tasting Notes:
Good complexity, concentrated aroma with black fruit involvement. In the mouth it is dense, full-bodied and velvety, with a finish marked by silky tannins that give a long aromatic persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 16 and 18ºC. Bottles should be stored horizontally in a clean, airy place protected from light and with normal conditions of mild temperature and constant humidity.
Food Pairing:
It goes well with meat dishes, game and cured cheeses.
