Winemaking:
Destemming, thermal cooling, skin maceration, pressing, static decantation, fermentation with controlled temperatures in stainless steel tanks. Aged for 10 months in new Hungarian oak foudre, on fine lees.

Tasting Notes:
Straw colour. Expressive nose, dominated by white-fleshed fruit and mineral notes. Vibrant and fresh palate, with the wood adding structure and unctuousness, without masking the varietal identity. Long and persistent finish. Good aging potential is expected.
Store and Serve Advices:
Consume at 10-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Mediterranean cuisine, white meats, oily fish baked in the oven, strong cheeses, or Asian dishes.
