60% of the batch was fermented and aged for 8 months in new barrels of 500 l in contact with the fine lees (French and Central Europe oak).

Tasting Notes:
Light straw-gold color. Expressive aroma of honeysuckle with discreet buttery notes. The well integrated wood reveals itself in delicate notes of vanilla. In the mouth, it reveals clear and precise fruit, with succulent notes of white plum.
Store and Serve Advices:
Recommended drinking temperature 12º-14ºc. Store in a dry and cool place at a constant temperature. The bottle shall be stored in horizontal position.

Pairs well with seafood, all kind of fish and sushi.
