Product details

Winemaking:
After maturation tests the grapes were harvested separately at their optimum aromatic/acid maturity. The must was disengaged and soft pressed. It was transferred to static decantation, and after 24 hours it was transferred to fermentation vats, where it was fermented at 16ºC for 16 days.

Antão Vaz,Arinto,Roupeiro

Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 9ºC-11ºC.

Salpico White is a refreshing wine that is full of flavour, perfect when served on its own or as an aperitif. It is an excellent accompaniment to various fish dishes, white meats and a variety of salads.
