Product details
After harvesting the selected plots by hand, the grapes were cooled to 5ºC, followed by total destemming and gentle crushing. The next step was pre-fermentation maceration, followed by alcoholic fermentation at a controlled temperature, ending with a long post-fermentation maceration. The two grape varieties that make up the blend were vinified and aged separately. Aged for 24 months in new and second year French oak barrels.
