Winemaking:
The vines are around 20 years old and are planted on poor, well-drained sandy ‘charneca’ soils. The grape varieties were vinified separately in small stainless steel vats and pneumatic treading mills, aged for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
The wine has a ruby colour, aromas of ripe red fruit and hints of mint, with a smooth mouthfeel and silky tannins.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at 16ºC.
Food Pairing:
It pairs perfectly with meat dishes or fatty fish baked in the oven.
