Product details

Winemaking:
Meticulous and manual harvest, respecting the integrity of the berries. Some of the grapes were vinified using the open spout method, in small stainless steel vats (without contact with the skins) and others through fermentation (contact with the skins) in a wine press, both fermented without yeast inoculation. Aged for 18 months in French oak barrels, followed by 4 months in the bottle.
