Product details

Winemaking:
This wine is the result of careful vinification using the classic "bica aberta" process, with total destemming and immediate pressing. The resulting must was cooled (5ºC) and statically decanted overnight. Fermentation in stainless steel tanks with temperature control (15-16ºC) for 14 days. Ageing on the lees for 3 months.

Malvasia de Colares,Galego Dourado,Jampal,Fernão Pires

Tasting Notes:
Intense aromatic component, characterised by citrus and tropical notes. On the palate there is a mineral touch with a presence of the sea.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve between 10-12ºC.

Food Pairing:
It can be drunk on any occasion, including as an aperitif. It goes particularly well with grilled fish, seafood, salads and exotic cuisine.
