The grapes were hand-picked, carefully selected and 100% destemmed at the winery. This wine was vinified in small steel stainless vats at 16ºC with previous slight cold skin maceration.

Tasting Notes:
Viosinho gives this citrus coloured wine clean and elegant aromas, where the white-fleshed fruits are evident. Its strong mineral component is evident both in the aroma and on the palate, where the elegance and the balance are surprising. The finish is consistent and long.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 8 to 10°C.
Food Pairing:
Perfect with strong flavoured fishes, rich salads or even light meats.
