Winemaking:
Harvest for boxes of 20 kgs at the optimum point of maturation of the grapes. Rigorous selection and choice of bunches and berries held on 100% of the grapes. Soft pneumatic pressing followed by fermentation at a temperature of 15 ° C in small capacity stainless steel tanks. Partial fermentation in French oak barrels with acacia tops, followed by bâtonnage for 160 days.

Tasting Notes:
Citrus colour and aromas of tropical fruits, some vegetable notes of green asparagus, mixed with soft nuances of well integrated wood. Great freshness, well-defined acidity and with a long and persistent finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-11°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.
