Created from our best selection of Sauvignon Blanc grapes. The grapes were subjected to a total destemming process followed by crushing and pressing. Fermentation takes place in stainless steel tanks with temperature control systems between 10ºC - 12ºC.

Tasting Notes:
Aromas of tropical and floral fruits. On the palate, it has notes of ripe mango, apple and melon. Harmonious wine, with balanced acidity.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 10/12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Excellent as an aperitif or to accompany lighter dishes, such as grilled fish, baked fish or seafood dishes.
