Manual harvest into 12kg boxes. In the winery, the grapes underwent careful selection on a vibrating sorting table. Fermentation occurred in French oak barrels at a temperature of 16º.

Tasting Notes:
Golden colour with greenish nuances. A fine yet complex aroma of minerals, resulting from the fermentation and aging in barrels. Good volume in mouth, with a pronounced acidity and minerality, which allows for a good evolution in bottle.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
To be dished up with roasted fish in the oven, cod-fish, shellfish, sushi and also soft sheep cheese.
