Tasting Notes:
Intense and concentrated aroma, lots of complexity, grapes from plots with low productivity, combined with the maximum expression of purity from a fermentation with indigenous yeasts and alcoholic fermentation in cement vats with malolactic fermentation in used barrels. Impactful, explosion of licorice, black fruits, and spices, in harmony with very discreet notes of barrel. In the mouth, very structured with voluminous tannins, it suggests great longevity in the bottle.
