Product details
Crushing without decanting with cooling of the grapes in the cellar in small open wineries, where the skin maceration begins and then the fermentation, without addition of enzymes and yeasts. The treading is done manually with wood masses to increase a greater extraction of the characteristic wines of the Baga variety. After fermentation in small open wineries, the wine passes to cement tanks and Inox tanks, where it rests until December, when it is cleaned and transferred to 4,000 liters barrels of national oak for 12 months.
