Stalk / cooling and crushing of the grapes at the winery in small open vats, where it initiates the maceration and fermentation later, no added yeasts or enzymes. After a slow fermentation in small open vats, the wine passes to cement vats and stainless steel tanks, where it rests until January next year, when it is engrossed and racked to barrels of new French oak which matures 6 months.

Tasting Notes:
Ruby colour with intense, fruity aroma with nuances young berries mixed with chocolate and toasted wood. In the mouth it is soft with some acidity and freshness young characteristics of the region. It is a full-bodied and powerful wine that fills the palate with intense red fruits and spices, the stage harmoniously joined aromas.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serve at a temperature of 16°C to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Good to accompany white meat dishes, pastas, salads and soft cheeses.
