Fermentation in a wine press (Lagar) without stems. Aged for 12 months in used French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
The aroma is full of nuances of red fruit, spices and even hints of violets. On the palate, it reveals a remarkable balance, where the tannins show a certain firmness, but at the same time integrate harmoniously with the influence of the wood and the fruity presence.
Store and Serve Advices:
It should be served at a temperature of 16ºC to 18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with stewed meats, roast lamb and various types of cheese.
