Product details
The selection of a plot for the choice of Touriga Nacional grapes was the first step in the elaboration of this monovarietal, which fermented very slowly at low temperatures of 26ºC. The maceration process was long in time but smooth in the technique, followed by the aging in stainless steel resulting in a distinct wine, full of colour and noble in the bouquet.
