Product details
Complete destemming was performed, followed by a gentle pressing to extract only the tear must, avoiding crushing the skins. Bical and Arinto were fermented separately in stainless steel tanks, with 15% of the Arinto entering the lagar and undergoing 24-hour skin contact, promoting a delicate maceration to intensify its aromatic and structural complexity. This small portion of the batch fermented in new 500L French oak barrels and began aging for 6 months, allowing a slight contribution of structure, volume, and subtle wood notes, without overpowering the natural freshness and minerality of the variety.
