Manual harvesting. In the winery, the grapes were selected on a vibrating sorting table, and destemmed with a light crushing of the berry. Fermentation took place in mechanical basins and oak vats with intense maceration at a controlled temperature. Aging in French oak barrels for 12 months. In the bottle for a period of 6 months.

Moreto,Trincadeira,Alicante Bouschet
Tasting Notes:
Dark ruby coloured. Dark ripe berries and notes of spices from its barrel maturation. Firm tannins, concentration and freshness. Long and lingering finish.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature of 16-18ºC.
Food Pairing:
Goes well with white meats, roasts and intensely flavoured cheeses.
Allergens:
Contains sulphites.
