Product details

Winemaking:
Manual harvest at night, sorting table, direct press without crushing and cold decanting for around 12 hours, without additives. Spontaneous fermentation in barrels without any temperature control. Spontaneous alcoholic and malolactic fermentation. Ageing for 15 months on fine lees, without battonage in French oak barrels.

Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 10º and 12ºC.

A wine with a certain concentration, aromatic intensity and tertiary notes, it goes well with more elaborate fish such as baked fish, stews or simpler white meats.
