Appellation:
This pâté is a mixture of the Galega olive, a unique variety in the world and known as the “Portuguese olive”. With a vibrant green colour, and the honeyed fig (produced in the region of Trás-os-Montes), which gives it sweetness to balance acidity. Ingredients: Galega olives (51%), figs (30%), virgin olive oil, spices, herbs, acidity regulator (citric acid) and salt. No additives.

Storage:
Store at room temperature, free of moisture, dirt or other factors that may cause contamination or product changes. Store in the fridge after opening.
Perfect Serve:
Ideal in a slice of cornbread, Avintes bread, toasted bread or various types of fresh cereal bread. Use as an aperitif, in salads or as a filling or accompaniment to meat and pasta dishes.
