Product details
After manual selection of whole bunches, the grapes are de-stemmed and the must is statically decanted. Fermentation takes place at a controlled temperature (12-16ºC), followed by aging for 3 months in new French oak barrels.

Tasting Notes:
The Arinto variety reveals itself right away, with plenty of notes of orange blossom, ripe orange and lemon, hints of flint, light smoke, all refined by time in the bottle. In the mouth, citrus flavours prevail, with suggestions of orange peel giving freshness and persistence.
Store and Serve Advices:
Service Temperature between 10ºC and 12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Perfect to pair with grilled fish, seafood, white meat, salads and cheese dishes.
