citrus colour. Fruity aroma, with citrus notes and some complexity of vanilla notes from the barrel. Taste with good structure, fresh and good acidity at the end of the tasting.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Great combination with cod dishes or fish dishes in the oven. Also for white meat dishes.
