Winemaking:
From vineyards planted on the fresh sands of the Atlantic coast was selected a blend of Alvarinho and Loureiro. The grape varieties fermented and matured separately: the Alvarinho in Slovenian foudre of 2000 liters and the Loureiro in oak barrels of 500 liters, for 8 months. Period after which a second stage in stainless steel followed with fine lees for 6 months.
