Product details

Winemaking:
It was made using the most sophisticated technology from carefully selected grapes, picked at the optimum ripening stage from an aromatic, alcohol and acidity perspective. On arrival at the winery, and after de-stemming, a soft crushing and pressing were carried out, in order to extract and select a must that was clarified until the required degree of limpidity was reached. Thereafter, for about 17 days, alcoholic fermentation took place in stainless steel tanks at a 15ºC-16ºC controlled temperature. It matured in stainless steel tanks for about 4 months. This was followed by blend preparation and subsequent treatments required for bottling, including fining, cold-stabilisation and subsequent filtering.

Grape Varieties:
Antão Vaz,Arinto,Roupeiro

Very nice!

We had this in a restaurant in the UK and I really liked it so I ordered a case - it isn't acidic and full of flavour and very easy to drink I took a bottle to my french friend last night and she loved it too! So that's a real complaint
