Tasting Notes:
Golden yellow in colour due to skin maceration, the nose reveals notes of fresh tropical fruit. In the mouth it reveals persistent acidity combined with an authentic creaminess. A unique, intense wine full of personality.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store in a dry place, away from light, at a constant temperature. Serve at 8/10ºC.
Food Pairing:
Gazpacho, Italian food and grilled food.
