In the cellar, the grapes were selected, full destemmed and slight crushing of the berry. Fermentation took place in stainless steel vats at low temperatures to preserve varietal aromas for 23 days. Bottle aging for a period of three months.

Tasting Notes:
Golden green colour. Lush aroma of tropical fruits. On the palate it's rich in fruit and with good freshness.
Store and Serve Advices:
Store the bottle lying down at a temperature of 15°C. Serving at a temperature from 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Good with seafood, grilled fresh fish, white meats and as an aperitif.

Contains sulphites.
