Product details

Winemaking:
This wine is made from grapes of the varieties Maria Gomes, Bical and Arinto, white varieties found mainly in the region of Bairrada. During winemaking, there is a skin maceration for 12 hours, followed by alcoholic fermentation at 16ºC, taking advantage of only the purest tear wort. Traditional ageing in stainless steel vats.
