Moreish Bical is a single variety wine made from 100% Bical grapes from Bairrada. Spontaneous fermentation and sur lie ageing for 10 months.

Tasting Notes:
The nose reminds of the whites from Quinta das Bágeiras in Bairrada, as it's austere, chalky and serious, with a very tasty palate with citrus freshness. It's a citrus and mineral white that was picked at the right time to avoid vegetal notes but with aromas and flavors.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at 10-12°C.
Food Pairing:
Grilled turbot, octopus rice, baked rabbit, crab shells, shrimp bobó, buttery Serra da Estrela cheese.
