Winemaking:
Manual harvest following great maturation points where the grapes are carefully selected. Brief pre-fermentative maceration followed by alcoholic fermentation under temperature control between 12ºC-14ºC in inox vats creating more elegant wines and preserving the aromas. Staging 'sur lies' with bâtonnage in French oak wood.
Grape Varieties:
Viosinho,Rabigato,Gouveio,Códega do Larinho
Tasting Notes:
Citric colour with green hints. Fruity but elegant with floral and mineral notes, soft toast that turns it smooth in the mouth with good volume and good acidity. Soft, delicate and refreshing. A great white wine typical of the Douro terroir.
Store and Serve Advices:
Serve at a temperature between 9ºC-12ºC.
Food Pairing:
Very versatile wine. Ideal with pasta, salads, fish dishes, seafood, grills or just by its own.
